By integrating trust-based landholding into real estate practice, we are defining a new standard for the real estate profession—one rooted in truth, reciprocity, and enduring care for both people and planet.
How We Started
My name is Aelah Sophia.
I am a founding member of the Land Legacy Trust, as well as a participating member of the Land Trust Alliance.
This initiative began in early 2025 as part of a personal journey of apology, reconciliation, and forgiveness within my own ancestry. Through this process, I recognized the need for creating a land trust, and for creating real estate practices that honor both sovereignty and stewardship—returning integrity to how land is held, transferred, and protected for future generations.
